Shane Hendricks brings C-Forward over 8 years of IT Help Desk and desktop support experience. Having worked for different companies like CompuCom, ATOS and Chase, he received valuable experience as a front-line tech. He has a Bachelorâ€™s in Computer Information Systems, Masterâ€™s in Management of Information Technology and a Masterâ€™s in Project Management.
In his spare time, he works on computers and continues to take courses to keep up with technology. He is a big UK fan but keeps up with all sports including football, soccer and basketball. He loves playing basketball whenever the opportunity arises which, according to Shane, isnâ€™t often enough. He especially loves hanging out with family and friends
