Shane Hendricks brings C-Forward over 8 years of IT Help Desk and desktop support experience. Having worked for different companies like CompuCom, ATOS and Chase, he received valuable experience as a front-line tech.  He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, Master’s in Management of Information Technology and a Master’s in Project Management.

In his spare time, he works on computers and continues to take courses to keep up with technology.  He is a big UK fan but keeps up with all sports including football, soccer and basketball. He loves playing basketball whenever the opportunity arises which, according to Shane, isn’t often enough. He especially loves hanging out with family and friends
