Hannah Francis is the newest member of the Client Services department. In addition to helping to resolve client issues, she is also responsible for billing, accounting and assisting with day-to-day internal operations.  She and Edana coordinate our community outreach opportunities for C-Forward’s employees.  Her previous experience handling the front office administrative work at Papa John’s has proven to be a benefit in automating many processes at C-Forward.

Hannah loves to read and play softball.  Her favorite past time is boating with her husband Mike (C-Forward Network Lead) and their two kids.  They reside in Cincinnati.
